Share Your Music with Ezmo

EzmoEzmo is not exactly a new name in the social networking space (it’s popular in Europe, with roots in Norway), but it has only just become accessible in the US. So what exactly is it? Well, Ezmo is a social networking service that makes it easy to share music with your friends. That is all there is to Ezmo - sign up, upload your music files, and invite your friends.

Signing up with Ezmo is a simple process of providing your email and choosing a password. No other personal informatioin is requested, and no email activation is required. One thing to note about Ezmo is you can only invite ten (10) friends. Aside from that, it works pretty well. There is no limit to the number of music files you can upload, and there’s no file size limit either.

I registered to test the service while at home, uploaded a few music files and was able to listen to them at work. It’s not the only service of its kind, but I like the focus. I would have given it my top marks if it were accessible from Internet-aware mobile devices. Hopefully it will have that capability soon.

If you like a focused service like Ezmo’s, it’s definitely worth trying. And if you are interested, email me and I’ll invite you to listen to my Ezmo collection. This is obviously limited to the first 10 emails I receive.
