Bigsmarty Here is another addition to the ever growing list of social network Web services. But this one is not for video or music sharing, or to just chat with your friends. It’s for the would-be stock trader, for those with a dream of becoming financially independent via the financial markets. It’s called Bigsmarty.

The promise of Bigsmarty is a platform to play the financial markets without risking your own money. It is not a new concept. Many trading establishments already offer clients or potential clients this opportunity. But Bigsmarty takes it a few steps further. Players get to participate in stock competitions, with cash prices of as much as $50,000.00.

There are minor tournaments with smaller cash prizes, with the main tournament - the World Series of Wall Street - holding the highest cash prize of $50,000.00.
