Eye-Fi Wireless Memory Card

Eye-Fi Wireless Memory CardUploading photos from digital cameras to a PC and social networking sites has just gotten a lot easier with the introduction of the first wireless memory card. The card by Eye-Fi, Inc., has a capacity of 2GB, and is said to work with virtually all digital cameras in the market.

The management software is compatible with Windows XP/Vista, Mac OS X 10.3/10.4, and Internet Explorer 6/7, and Firefox 2. Setting up and using the wireless memory card requires, off course, an Internet connection and wireless network. Aside from the software, the wireless SD card also comes with a USB reader, and retails for about $99.00. Get all the details from Eye-Fi.

Sanyo not only touts it as the smallest, but also dubs it as the lightest digital camcorder in the world. Is there a similar device weighing in at less than 6.7 ounces. Not only is the DMX-HD700 small and light, but it has all the features you expect from a digital camcorder: records both movies (720p high definition) and pictures (high resolution 7.1-Megapixel); stylish design; low power consumption; eFace Chaser Function (I’m sure you know what that means!); and Wind Noise Reduction. But that’s not all. All the info you need to know about the beauty is available here

The DMX-HD700 will be available in US stores by the end of October for about $600.00. Lest we forget to mention that it will be available in a range of colors shown below.
